The Virginia Early Intervention Professional Development Center was created as part of Virginia’s Comprehensive System of Personnel Development (CSPD) and is maintained by the Integrated Training Collaborative and the Partnership for People with Disabilities.

This professional development website is managed by the Integrated Training Collaborative (ITC), a project of the Partnership for People with Disabilities at VCU. Through a contract with the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS), the ITC coordinates Virginia’s Comprehensive System of Personnel Development (CSPD). The CSPD is the professional development system for early interventionists who provide supports and services to eligible children and families under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
