If I do not receive the confirmation email within 5 hours when I registered for the eLearning Center site, what should I do?
Please send an email to help@veipd.org.

I do not remember my password. What should I do?
Click on the “lost password?” link (on the Login page) and follow the instructions to recover your password.

How do I access and print a certificate?
Return to the module you completed and click on the certificate icon. If you passed the module with a score of at least 80%, the certificate will be available to you as a downloadable pdf.

What if a module will not open?

1. Make sure you are using one of the recommended browsers: recent Google Chrome, recent Mozilla Firefox, recent Safari.

2. Make sure you've enabled popups.

3. If you are using a recommended browser with popups enabled and the module still does not open, please send an email to help@veipd.org.

How do I apply for the initial EI Certification?
To apply for initial EI Certification, visit the certification site: EI Certification Database. Create a new account then complete the application. Be sure that you have completed the required certification modules before applying for EI Certification.
